Our Story
Manje Da Griyo Shack started in a small kitchen with a big recipe book passed down through generations of Haitian women who knew that flavor takes patience and love takes time.
Today we cook the same way. We marinate overnight. We hand-cut the pikliz. We stir the sos slow. Whether it's your first plate or your hundredth, we want you to taste the kind of food that says welcome home.
